We'll do the heavy lifting for you, searching across multiple programs to find the optimal routing and value for your trip.

And most importantly, if no high-value options are found, you will not be charged anything and the $50 search fee will be refunded, meaning you’re on the hook for absolutely nothing.

Additional Notes

  • If no options meet criteria set by client or do not meet the reasonable value standards, the $50 search fee is refunded

  • Trip must be an international trip and desired cabin must be Premium Economy, Business, or First. Exceptions can be made for Economy bookings if cash price is exorbitantly high.

  • Pricing is per group, not per passengers

  • If travelers in the same group depart from different cities, each origin will be treated as a separate booking.

  • Multi-City pricing is based on 3 stops - additional stops are $100 each

  • Pricing is subject to change based on complexity, full cost will be provided prior to initiating search

  • Trip type can change based on availability in each direction (e.g. Round-Trip will become One-Way only if criteria is met in one direction)

  • Walkthrough call typically takes around 30 minutes but can vary based on trip complexity

Fill out a short form with your travel dates, destinations, and points balances.

Schedule Your Walkthrough Call

Pick a time for us to go over your customized award flight options. If you prefer to forego the walkthrough call, simply cancel the meeting after selecting a time.

Pay the Award Search Initiation Fee

A small upfront deposit is collected securely through Stripe. This confirms your request and allows me to begin the award search process.

Award Travel Search

I conduct a comprehensive search across airline partners, hidden partner programs, and transfer opportunities to identify high‑value award flights.

Pre‑Meeting Summary Email

Before the call, you’ll receive a brief summary of the top options — including points required, estimated taxes, number of segments, and total travel time. If no options meet reasonable value standards (points cost, routing, or availability), I’ll cancel the review call and your $50 search fee will be refunded.

Walkthrough Call

On the call, we break down each option and recommend the best strategy. Once you select the option best for you, we stay on and guide you step‑by‑step through booking while you remain in control of your accounts.

Final Payment

After the walkthrough call, the remaining service fee is charged to your stored card.

No-Show Policy

If you no-show, the full service fee is charged and your detailed results are emailed to you.

  • The search fee confirms your commitment so we can prioritize your request and begin the search process right away.

  • No. If we cannot find worthwhile award options for your trip, your review call is canceled and your $50 search fee is refunded.

  • A strong option balances three things:

    ● Meeting travel preferences set by the client as far as cabin class and layover/stopover preference.
    ● Substantial savings in points compared to booking in bank travel portal

    If award options don’t meet that standard, we cancel the appointment and your $50 search fee is refunded.

  • To make sure our flat fee provides you with the best possible value, we focus exclusively on international premium travel. Our goal is to save you thousands in cash—something that's much harder to do on domestic or economy routes. For tips and tricks on how to best unlock value for economy or domestic bookings on your own, feel free to book the General Discussion service.

    Note: In situations where the cash price of a flight is exorbitantly high in economy, special requests for an award flight search can be accommodated.

  • No service can guarantee that award seats will exist. Our role is to find the best available options, and if none meet the standards in the question above, your $50 search fee is refunded.

  • We don’t log into your accounts, but we’ll guide you step-by-step so you can ticket the award correctly and quickly.

  • Ideally 3+ weeks before travel, but we accept last-minute searches on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you miss your scheduled appointment, the service fee is non‑refundable. You’ll still receive a detailed summary of your results via email so you don’t lose the value of the work completed and you can book the flights.

  • Because the majority of your trip planning work is done before the call — including award searches, analysis, and comparative results. A no-show simply means the results are delivered via email instead of on a call.

  • You’ll receive a summary such as:

    ● Total points required
    ● Total cash required (taxes, fees, positioning flight cash fare)
    ● Number of flights
    ● Approximate travel time
    ● Departure window (morning/afternoon/evening)
    ● Cabin (premium economy, business, etc.)

  • No — we never ask for passwords, codes, or account access. You maintain complete control of your accounts at all times.

  • You can reschedule anytime up to 12 hours before the meeting with no penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows are billed at the full service fee.

  • Most clients receive their award options and complete the booking within 2-4 days, depending on the trip. However, it’s dependent on when you schedule your review call.
